What surprised us – in the best possible way: We had high hopes. But the fact that our mascot – a running roll of toilet paper – went down so well exceeded even our own expectations. Another thing we didn’t know beforehand: just how many crêpes you can eat in a day. (Let’s just say: enough to register it as an Olympic sport.)
